Security Control
Organizational measures: the scope of employees handling personal data is defined and a reporting line for legal violations is in place. Personnel measures: internal training and confidentiality obligations in work rules. Physical measures: entry/exit control and prevention of unauthorized viewing. Technical measures: access control and protection against unauthorized access and malicious software.

We use cookies to improve our services. We do not collect personally identifiable information through cookies without prior consent. Collected data: browsing data, location data, attribute data. Services used: Google Analytics (Google LLC), Google Ads (Google LLC), Yahoo! JAPAN Ads (LY Corporation), Meta Ads (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except: (1) with your consent; (2) to group companies or trusted contractors under confidentiality agreements, to the extent necessary for the purposes of use; (3) where disclosure is required by law; (4) in a form that cannot identify individuals.
Provision to Third Parties Abroad
Through the use of services such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., personal-related information may be transferred abroad. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy.
Joint Use
The Company and its group companies jointly use the following information (responsible party: the Company): name, address, gender, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address; employer, asset and ID information, family information; inquiry and meeting records, contract-related information; information needed for after-sales service and maintenance; contract and property information; and other information necessary for the purposes of use. Group companies: G-House Co., Ltd., Iepro Real Estate, Grand Garden, and the Company’s renovation division.
Use of AI
(1) Purposes: improving customer support (chatbots, inquiry handling), streamlining business processes, improving and developing services and products, and market analysis. (2) Data used for AI training: only information processed so that individuals cannot be identified; highly sensitive information (financial, health, etc.) is not used; information of customers who explicitly opt out is not used. (3) Opt-out: contact the inquiry desk below and use will be stopped promptly; deletion from models already trained is not possible.
Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use
Requests for disclosure, correction, addition/deletion, or suspension/erasure of personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with law. Requests for disclosure, suspension or erasure require the prescribed request form and a fee of JPY 1,000 (tax included, payable by fixed-amount postal money order).
Changes to this Policy
This policy may be changed without notice. Changes take effect when posted on the Company’s website.
